...emotion. I just simply love to dance. My life force energy kicks off in a symphony of passion, power, sensuality, elegance and flow. When I dance I feel I really get to use my wide range of deeply felt emotions, I can use them all in the expression through my body, with my partner and with the music. It makes me feel all of me.

I am a dancer by heart.

My background is in Ballroom dance (modern & latin), competing internationally for several years. I love the variety between the dances; the flow, elegance and power of an English Waltz and the deep passion and sensuality of a beautiful Rumba. Always in communication and play with a partner.

I am currently exploring Brazilian Zouk. The feeling of this dance, the variation in music, combined with a beautiful surrender, sensuality, rhythm, connection and play made me fall in love with this dance.

My joy and passion, awakening my love for life - always available for me as I surrender into the life of the rhythms...

BODY MOVEMENT TO DANCE

Bringing out more DANCE in you.

I have wanted to create a new concept for quite some time were I can teach you and bring out more DANCE in you. On the regular courses you learn steps and a foundational dance technique.

Dance to me contains so much. And so in BODY MOVEMENT TO DANCE we will have different topics for each workshop, diving deeper into, exploring and embracing the topic together and bringing it into our dance and a choreography.

Do you want lady styling classes? Well, this is it and more. Lady styling to me is not about learning specific hip movements or hand placements. It is about dance technique. It is about understanding the dance and expressing it with all the tools we have in the body and the music. It's about being in contact with our own body and play, confident in your expression.

This class is a solo class. Why? I want you to feel confident in your own dance. In couples dance we don't often get the time to practice our own details. This is what this class is for. Here you will develop your technique, confidence and styling to bring back to a partner when you dance.

It is for both leaders and followers. In these workshops I will work more on an individual level with the natural expression in your body - whether that is as leader or follower.

We will be focusing on Latin dances. This class is suitable for anyone dancing Brazilian Zouk, Bachata, Ballroom or Salsa.

Bring more variety, styling, contrast, expression, musicality and more confidence to your dance by joining this concept. We will have lots of fun, create a safe environment to explore new nuances in our dance and become better dancers in these workshops!
