How to human?

Navigating the meeting point between consciousness and this physical form in time and space.

Moments of reflections… of the floating, ever moving quality of consciousness. Of the vast, vast potential of perspectives and angles. In the ocean of consciousness where potentials of perspectives and experience can be picked like candy. Trying out, experiencing, expanding and moving further. Further in the vast ocean of consciousness.

Then there’s the meeting point between the human and consciousness. Where the perspectives and experiences can create identities and attachments. Where the trying out and experiencing takes time, moving through space as we move through the experience of a consciousness.

A specific consciousness just is. It’s a drop in the ocean. Yet we can experience it as the whole universe. Until we don’t.

To human is to navigate the meeting point between consciousness and this physical form in time and space. It’s joyous, challenging, exciting, it sucks and it’s absolutely amazing. It’s all. All the experiences of consciousness. It’s the connection to all that is, it’s the most incredible energetic experiences and epiphanies, it is the fascination of the sensation one can feel of the touch of the skin, it’s seeing the beauty of nature, the cruelty in the world, it’s laughing so you can’t seem to stop, it’s the paying bills and having to make soooo many choices. All wrapped in a wide range of emotions.

The question I always come back to is how to human. My way to human can look pretty different from one day to another. Yet what I feel certain about is that there is always another way. But, it never makes today wrong.

It’s just an experience. That’s my reminder. As I learn more and more of how to human.

Laughing as much as I can on my way.
